Brian Jerry Meyer has an enquiry for info about Hugo Foster RNZA. He is thought to have served in WW2, with 10 Coast Regt 1948-52, then to Stratford as Cadre NCO before taking his release to work for NZ Railways. He died in the early 1970s.
