Proposed Rules Amendments: SGM

Your committee has called a Special General Meeting on 15 January 2009 to discuss and resolve proposals to amend our Rules. In brief, this is recommended by the committee to:

• Become a registered charity
• Simplify and strengthen audit and management procedures
• Clarify and extend membership rules
• Tidy up some administrative matters.
